32819 (407) 351-2420 http://www.wyndham.com/hotels/MCOWD/main.wnt
The show hall is 1.5 miles down the street but traffic
is heavy in this area, so a shuttle will be provided for a
nominal fee for those in need of transportation.

for addl persons), plus $75 per stay fully-refundable
pet deposit. Suites are $139 (and are very nice!). Call (407)
351-2420 by August 3, 2009 to reserve a room. You must say
you are with the TICA CAT SHOW to get this rate. You can also
book directly through this link: http://www.wyndham.com/groupeventsnew/mcowd_tica/main.wnt.
Note that once reserved and guaranteed, you must cancel at
least 72 hours prior to arrival, or one days stay will
be charged to you. If you book your room through any other
method (website, discount site), please notify the entry clerk

Since
this is the hotels first cat show, PLEASE be sure to
confine spraying males (and females!) & clean up after
yourself and your cats so we will be welcome here again. TICA
Hotel Guidelines will be strictly followed.
Please
make every effort to leave your room in the condition it was
found, or better. Tipping housekeeping staff doesnt
hurt happy housekeeping staff dont complain to
management! Trash bags (& litter) will be available for
your convenience. If you have a problem you cant take
care of yourself, please let show management know and we will
do whatever we can to help. The condition of your room reflects
on the entire cat fancy, and it only takes one mishap to lose
a hotel (even a whole chain) forever. We want to return to
this facility!
Banquet:
Will be held at the hotel, cocktail reception beginning at
6:30 PM. Menu options will be provided when finalized. Attire
is semi-formal to formal, if you are unsure, dress appropriately
for a cocktail party or wedding.
Transportation:
Just about all major carriers fly into Orlando International
Airport (MCO). The Wyndham recommends shuttle service through
Mears Transportation (1-800-759-5219) for $30 roundtrip or
$18 one way. Limos, taxis and car rentals are available at
the airport. The hotel is about a 20-minute drive to the airport,
but the airport is a busy one so we recommend flights leaving
6:00 or later. The show hall and hotel are just off I-4, easily
accessed from major interstates (directions will be provided
with your confirmation). A shuttle will be available between
the hotel & convention center for a nominal fee (see summary
sheet to reserve your seat). There are a number of local transportation
options, including the Lynx bus system and I-Drive Trolley,
which can get you to & from many of the attractions in
the area.

under benching cages during show hours. Florida requires health
certificates accompany any animal sold in the state. If you
are bringing cats or kittens to sell, AquaTICAts, Inc. strongly
advises you familiarize yourself with the applicable statutes,
particularly Floridas Pet Lemon Law, and takes no responsibility
for your failure to do so.
