CATS MUST BE CONFINED WHEN UNATTENDED IN ROOM. Kitt Flicks Productions has elected to follow the TICA Hotel Guidelines for exhibitors who lodge at the show hotel. Entry in this show, and lodging at the show hotel, shall constitute an acknowledgment by and consent of the exhibitor to these procedures. Please make every effort to leave your room in the condition it was found, or better. Tipping housekeeping staff doesn't hurt - happy housekeeping staff don't complain to management! Trash bags (& litter) will be available for your convenience. If you have a problem you can't take care of yourself, please let show management know and we will do whatever we can to help. The condition of your room reflects on the entire cat fancy, and it only takes one mishap to lose a hotel (even a whole chain) forever. Transportation: Fly into Columbia Metropolitan Airport ( CAE) Columbia, SC There is FREE shuttle service provided by the Radisson from the airport to the hotel. Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) Charlotte, NC is about 90 minutes from Columbia if you prefer to fly there, however you will need to rent a car. Show Hours: Check-in will be from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM Saturday with judging to start at 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Judging will start at 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM on Sunday. Advertised show hours are 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday and 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Sunday. All cats must remain in the show hall during advertised show hours unless permission to leave is given by show manager. No cats may be left overnight in the show hall. Show Rules: TICA show rules will be strictly enforced. By entering, exhibitors agree to abide by the decisions of the judges and show committee. Official show rules, registration information & forms may be obtained from TICA, P.O. Box 2684, Harlingen, TX 78551 or viewed on their website at www/tica.org. Kittens: Kittens (pedigreed or HHP) entered in the show must be at least four calendar months old, but less than eight calendar months old, on the day of the show and may be spayed or neutered. Kittens in the show hall for sale and/or exhibition must be at least three months old. Household Pets: HHP adults (8 months and older) must be spayed/neutered. HHP adults are judged in 10 color/pattern divisions. If you are not sure of the proper class or color of your cat, check out http://www.seregiontica.org/Colors/intro.htm or please send a color photo with your entry and a description of the hair length on the tail. Measure if necessary. Your picture will be returned at check-in. You will also have an opportunity Saturday morning to have the senior judge make a final determination if the color/pattern are still in question. Payment: By entering the show, you agree to pay all fees whether you attend the show or not. Fees must be received no later than the closing date of July 20, 2011. All entries mujst be paid in full prior to the start of the show. Entries belonging to exhibitors on TICA's Temporary or Permanent Suspension lists will not be accepted. NO payments at the door unless previous arrangements are made with show manager. Entry

Registration: With the exception of cats competing in the Preliminary New Breed, Advanced New Breed, and New Traits classes, registration with TICA is not required to compete. However, to be scored for TICA titles and annual awards, cats must be registered before their second show. Health: This is a non-vetted show. Cats showing signs of ear mites, fleas, fungus, or other illness will be escorted from the show hall, along with any other cats owned, housed, or agented by the same exhibitor. All entries should be immunized against feline rhinotracheitis, calici virus, and panleukopenia, and should test negative for feline leukemia and feline AIDS. Any feline from a house or cattery where there has been fungus or any infectious or contagious illness within twenty-one days prior to the opening day of the show is ineligible for entry. An obviously pregnant or lactating cat will be disqualified. TICA show rules require all claws, front and back, be clipped prior to judging. Declawed cats are eligible for entry. Benching & Supplies: Only one benching request will be honored. Agent request take priority over benching request. Clerks will be benched first. Each entry will be provided a single benching cage measuring 22"L x 22"W x 22"H and are provided with each entry. Full cage size is 44"L x 22"W x 22"H. You may pay extra with a single entry to have the full (double) cage for your cat. TICA rules allow no more than two kittens or one cat benched in a single cage. No kitten under 3 months of age will be allowed in the show hall (be prepared to show proof of age), and no kittens or cats may be confined to carriers during show hours. All cages must be covered on the sides and top. You may want to bring a rug, blanket, etc., for the bottom of the cage and other items to make your cat feel more comfortable. You will need to bring litter pan(s), food bowls, and food. Litter will be provided. Grooming spaces: These measure approximately 22" W x 44"L. For Sale / Exhibition Cages: Sales/exhibition cages will be available ONLY to exhibitors with other cats entered for competition. Clerks & Stewards: If you are interested in clerking, please indicate so on the summary sheet, along with any judge preference. TICA licensed clerks will be given preference and judge requests will be honored to the best of our ability. Clerks will be compensated $35 per day, lunch and a fully marked catalog. Awards: Rosettes will be awarded in accordance with TICA show rules. Donations to our rosette fund are greatly appreciated! If you wish to sponsor any special awards, please contact the show manager. Star Walk of Fame: is a remembrance star, a congratulations star, or anything you want star. Each star is a 12 inch gold foil star and can be personalized to your specifications... These stars will be a part of our decorations for the show and placed for all to see... You may take your stars home with you after the show as well... Contact Laurie Patton for more information. Liability: Neither Kitt Flicks Productions, TICA, Radisson hotel, or any hotel can be held liable for loss, theft, accident/injury to animal, personal property, exhibitors, or their guests. For the comfort of our exhibitors and spectators, the show hall is designated as non-smoking. Children are always welcome at our shows, but for the enjoyment of all, we request that youngsters be supervised at all times. Show management reserves the right to ask parents to control or remove disruptive children as well as any other disruptive exhibitors, spectators, etc. This
