available for purchase in the show hall both days or you
can bring in your own food. Smoking is not allowed in the
show hall. The show hall is handicapped accessible and climate
(Admission) Pricing: Adults $5; Seniors / military$4;
Children 3 and up, $3.
Hotel: La Quinta Inn and Suites, 105 Westchester
Dr., Madison, AL 35758, (256) 258-2777. The hotel does provide
shuttle service to and from the airport. The rate is TBD
+ tax for 2 queens or one king. You have to mention "NAFF
exhibitors" to get this rate. Block will be held until
make every effort to leave your room in the condition it
was found, if not better. Be sure to confine spraying males
(and females!) and clean up after yourself and your cats.
TICA Hotel Room Inspection Procedures will be enforced and
can be viewed at http://tica.org/members/forms/eo/hotel_room_policy.pdf.
Entry in this show, and lodging at the show hotel, shall
constitute an acknowledgment by and consent of the exhibitor
to these procedures.
Fly into Huntsville International Airport (HSV).
Hours: Check-in will be from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM
Saturday and 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM on Sunday. Judging will
begin at 9:00 AM both days. Advertised show hours for the
Saturday AM session are 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM and 1:30 PM to
5:30 PM for the Saturday PM session. Sunday's advertised
show hours will be 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. All cats must remain
in the show hall during advertised show hours unless permission
to leave is given by show management. No cats may be left
overnight in the show hall.
Rules: TICA show rules will be strictly enforced.
By entering, exhibitors agree to abide by the decisions
of the judges and show committee. Official show rules, registration
information & forms may be obtained from TICA,
P.O. Box 2684, Harlingen, TX 78551 or viewed on their website
Registration: With the exception of cats competing
in the Preliminary New Breed, Advanced New Breed, and New
Traits classes, registration with TICA is not necessary
to compete in the cat's first show. However, to be scored
for TICA titles and Regional / International awards, all
cats (other than household pet kittens) must be registered
by their second show. Please contact TICA
for registration forms and information (TICA, P. O. Box
2684, Harlingen, TX 78551).
Awards: Plaques will be awarded in accordance
with TICA Show Rules.
Health Requirements: This is a non-vetted
show. Cats showing signs of ear mites, fleas, fungus, or
other illness will be escorted from the show hall, along
with any other cats owned, housed, or agented by the same
exhibitor. All entries should be immunized against feline
rhinotracheitis, calici virus, and panleukopenia, and should
test negative for feline leukemia and feline AIDS. Any feline
from a house or cattery where there has been fungus or any
infectious or contagious illness within twenty-one (21)
days prior to the opening day of the show is ineligible
for entry. An obviously pregnant or lactating cat will be
disqualified. TICA show rules require all claws, front and
back, be clipped prior to judging. Declawed cats are eligible
All kittens (pedigreed or HHP) entered for competition
must be at least four (4) and less than eight (8) calendar
months old on the day of the show. No kitten under three
(3) months of age will be allowed in the show hall (be prepared
to show proof of age). Kittens may be spayed or neutered.
Pets: Household pets are very welcome at this show!
Declawed Household Pets are OK at TICA shows. This is due
to the number of HHPs that are rescue cats and may have
already been declawed at the time of rescue. Household pets
eight (8) months of age and older MUST be spayed or neutered.
If you are not sure of the proper class or color of your

or you may send a color photo of the cat to the entry clerk
along with a description of the hair length on the tail.
Measure if necessary. Your picture will be returned at check-in.
You will also have an opportunity Saturday morning to have
the senior judge make a final determination if the color
/ pattern are still in question.
& Supplies: Only one benching request will be
honored. Agent request take priority over benching request.
Clerks will be benched first. Each entry will be provided
a single benching cage measuring 22" L x 22" W
x 22" H and are provided with each entry. Full cage
size is 44" L x 22" W x 22" H. You may pay
extra with a single entry to have the full (double) cage
for your cat. Note: If you are bringing your own cage, you
must pay for an even number of single benching spaces.
TICA rules allow no more than two (2) kittens or one (1)
cat benched in a single cage. NO KITTENS OR CATS MAY BE
CONFINED TO CARRIERS, EITHER DISPLAYED OR UNDER CAGES, DURING
SHOW HOURS. Any person disregarding these rules will be
asked to leave the show. All cages must be covered on the
sides and top. You may want to bring a rug, blanket, etc.,
for the bottom of the cage and other items to make your
cat feel more comfortable. You will need to bring litter
pan(s), food bowls, and food. Litter will be provided.
Spaces: These measure 44" long.
Sale / Exhibition Cages: Sales / exhibition cages
will be available ONLY to exhibitors with other cats entered
By entering the show, you agree to pay all fees whether
you attend the show or not. Entry fees are NOT refundable
or transferrable. Fees must be received no later than the
closing date of June 17, 2017. Payments
will be accepted at the door with prior permission
of Show Management. Additionally, all payments at the door
MUST be made in cash. Entries
belonging to exhibitors on TICA's Temporary or Permanent
Suspension lists will not be accepted. North Alabama Feline
Fanciers will pursue any debt owed us to the extent of TICA
show rules and Alabama law. A $35 charge and all related
fees / charges for a returned check for any reason will
accept checks, money orders, bank cashiers checks,
or PayPal. Payment may be sent via PayPal to email@example.com.

If you are interested in clerking, please indicate so
on the summary sheet, along with any judge preference. TICA
licensed clerks will be given preference and judge requests
will be honored to the best of our ability. Clerks will
be compensated $30 per session plus lunch and a fully marked
catalog. You will be compensated at the end of the show
on the day you clerk.
Sponsorships: Ring sponsorships are available for
$50 per ring. Act now, so that you can choose your favorite
